We currently have an awesome staff and are looking to add people who want to work at Back Bay's favorite industry hang-out. Some key factors we are looking for in our candidates include qualified, motivated, and positive individuals looking to provide superb customer service regardless of their position. Bartenders
We are looking for part-time bartenders who will be welcoming to bar guests with fast, friendly service, bringing a good attitude and a sense of urgency into every shift. Bartenders must be comfortable with creating new and innovative cocktails as well as being able to handle the volume.
Job requirements include:
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
Interact well with guests, taking food and drink orders
Good knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
Comfortable handling cash transactions and using Point of Sales system
Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts on your feet
Able to work comfortably with other people behind the bar
Maintain a clean, well-organized bar
Security
We are in search of a door person/security for Friday and Saturday nights from 7:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Our ideal candidate for this position is self-motivated and professional. We believe firmly in the de-escalation of any conflict, looking for a door person, not a bouncer. The starting pay for this position is $20/hr.
Job requirements include:
Prior door experience
Knowledge of IDs
De-escalating any conflict
Pass a background check
Floor Manager
Back Bay’s premier neighborhood hang-out and comprehensive event space, we are looking to add a floor manager to our team! Floor Manager Responsibilities
Floor Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
running shifts
ensuring proper staffing levels
interacting with guests, seating patrons
running food, running cards, and cash handling
ensuring capacity limits are adhered to
de-escalating issues with or between guests
ensuring the safety of all staff and patrons
