We’re looking for bartenders who bring fast, friendly service and a sense of urgency to every shift. You should be comfortable crafting inventive cocktails as well as handling volume during our busiest nights.

• 2+ years bartending experience
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and craft beer
• Comfortable with high-volume cash and POS transactions
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
• Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts on your feet

Back Bay Social has been a Boylston Street institution for 15 years. We’re adding servers to our team who can handle a full floor with confidence and a genuine hospitality mindset.

• Prior serving experience in a casual bar/restaurant environment
• POS experience and comfort with cash handling
• Familiarity with food allergy protocols
• Cocktail and craft beer knowledge
• Flexible schedule — nights, weekends, and event coverage required

The first face guests see when they walk in. We need someone warm, organized, and cool under pressure. No experience required — we’ll train you on Resy and everything else. A great attitude is non-negotiable.

• Welcoming personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to manage reservations and walk-in flow
• Comfortable navigating guest issues with grace
• Light bussing and table sanitization
